Causes Of Blood Spots Outside The Menstrual Period?
I want to ask if there was a blood stain before the date of my period. My last menstruation was on 27 September .. and usually my menstrual cycle was 28 days before the beginning of my menstruation 30 August. So you can say whether my period is normal? And I last had relationship with my husband on 12 October. Thanks
Hi, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com.
The blood that comes out of the birth canal can be normal and abnormal. Bleeding from the birth canal is normal in:
1. Menstruation, ie blood from the birth canal comes out due to the shedding of the uterine wall because no fetus is implanted in it.
2. Postpartum is bleeding from the birth canal for 40-60 days from the start of labor.
Apart from the conditions above, it can be said that the bleeding that occurs is abnormal. The spots that you complain about can be due to vaginal or cervical trauma during intercourse. Spots can also occur due to the embryo of the fetus piercing the uterine wall (which the body has prepared for pregnancy). This process aims to find a place for fetal growth and development later during pregnancy. In addition, the complaints of spots that you experience can also be a sign of a disease such as endometriosis, myoma, polyps and other reproductive organ diseases. For that, I suggest you:
1. Rest at home by reducing activities outside and inside the house. Then observe the spots. If the spots do not stop within 3 days or even the blood that comes out becomes more and more or even a blood clot, seek medical help immediately.
2. Do a pack test on the first pee in the morning after a week of late menstruation.
So, hopefully it's useful.
