Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
What do you mean by bloody eyes is bleeding in the whites of the eyes (conjunctiva) of children? If what you mean is bleeding in the conjunctiva of children, it is true that this bleeding can go away on its own without the need for any therapy. The duration of this bleeding can be varied, on average if the bleeding is not too large, the bleeding will disappear by itself in 2 weeks.
Subconjunctival bleeding will not cause any symptoms in the child. Sometimes this bleeding causes discomfort in the eye (such as foreign body sensation in the eye), but it will not cause visual disturbances, watery eyes or continuous eye discharge.
If what you mean is other bleeding (there are wounds around the child's eyes, bleeding occurs in the eyeball or in the front of the eye / hyphema) then you should take your child to the ophthalmologist for further treatment.
Here are the articles that you can read about sub-conjunctival bleeding
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
