Hello Susanti,
Thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Chest pain can be caused by various things in the form of problems with the heart or problems outside the heart. Some possible causes are coronary heart disease, Pleuritis, abscesses in the lungs, reflux / gastric acid, to trauma to the chest such as rib fractures. Because of the various causes you need to do a thorough examination.
For that some things you can do are exercise regularly and still maintain a healthy lifestyle and limit physical activity that triggers these complaints. If chest pain is felt radiating to the arms, shoulders, and neck vomiting, or cold sweat immediately see a doctor for further treatment.
You can read more about it here.
In response to the current outbreak of COVID-19, it is better to postpone seeing a doctor and maximize treatment at home, unless the emergency symptoms mentioned above occur. Stay at home and avoid traveling outside or to the crowd. Keep a distance from people around at least 1m and always apply a healthy lifestyle while at home.
So, hopefully useful.
