Causes Of Dizziness?

amualaikum, I’m Meidiana, it’s been more than a year I have experienced dizziness which is said to be frequent. A month ago I was told to go to the doctor.. by my doctor he was diagnosed with chronic cephalgia.. but the doctor also advised me to do a CT scan, and the results of the radiology department’s diagnosis were that I had encephalitis and brain swelling. However, the neurologist I did not agree with the diagnosis of encephalitis. Why is there a difference between the radiology department and the doctor? Even though I’ve never had an accident, fall, or have any kind of pet. What’s the solution from the doctor? Thanks in advance… I need the answer…

Hello Meidiana, Thank you for your question on HealthReplies.com
There are many possible causes for dizziness or headaches, including inflammation of the brain or encephalitis, this inflammation of the brain can happen to anyone, children and the elderly are the highest risk factors for developing brain inflammation, because their immune system is very low. The brain is not only caused by injury, head trauma or exposure to animal viruses, but inflammation of the brain (encephalitis) is also caused by: the influence of the infectious process in other parts of the body, tumor growth and because of the effects of immunization which are very rare. And the headaches you feel can also be caused by other things, namely:
Fatigue factor Lack of sleep Psychic stress factor Sinusitis Dental infection Blockage of blood vessels Brain tumor Eye disorders If the results of your head CT scan indicate that you have inflammation of the brain, the neurologist will match your clinical symptoms and blood tests. To confirm other diagnoses, the doctor will also perform other supporting examinations, namely an MRI of the head.
To reduce the symptoms you feel, take the following steps:
Get enough rest 7-8 hours per day Avoid physical fatigue Drink lots of water Eat nutritious food for immune system Avoid foods that contain preservatives, or MSG Get enough sleep Avoid stress and manage stress well Avoid alcoholic beverages and caffeinated Read articles on Causes headache
