Causes Of Frequent Déj Vu And Headaches?
Hello..sorry before i want to ask.i often experience de javu every de javu i always that person that passes in my mind..but when i try to remember it my head hurts so bad ..Thank you in advance
Deja vu is a feeling that someone has experienced an event before. Sometimes déj vu is also experienced by healthy people, but in some cases, déj vu is an aura symptom that precedes migraines, seizures, and other medical conditions.
Until now the cause of déj vu cannot be ascertained and further research is still being carried out to find the correlation of déj vu with several diseases. As long as you are not bothered by deja vu and it only happens occasionally then you don't have to worry about it.
As for the right headache, this condition can be caused by several factors:
Migraine: if you always experience de javu before the next headache occurs, de javu may be a form of aura that precedes the migraine
Infections such as meningitis
Increased pressure in the head
History of previous head injury
If you experience complaints of right headache preceded by repeated déj vu, I suggest that you consult a doctor directly so that further examination can be carried out to confirm your condition. Then the doctor can provide the right treatment for you.
Some tips you can do:
Get enough rest
Use a pillow that is comfortable and not too high
Take pain relievers if necessary
Drink 2-3 liters of water per day
