Hi Hedi .. Thank you for the question given.
Pain in the lower right abdomen can be caused by a number of reasons, including:
Appendicitis Urinary tract stones After injury Crohn's disease Intestinal infection Sexually transmitted diseases If you have undergone an ultrasound, check your urine, and have a complete blood check, then if there is a disturbance in the gastrointestinal tract, or if there is infection or inflammation it can be known. If your examination results are positive for typhus, this can also cause discomfort in the stomach due to a bacterial infection in the digestive tract. If your abdominal pain is still felt continuously, the pain is getting worse, accompanied by fever, nausea, vomiting, defecation or bowel problems, then it's a good idea to go back to see an internal medicine doctor. So that the doctor can return to direct examination and evaluate your current condition. If necessary, the doctor can suggest other tests such as repeat blood checks, CT scans, MRI, colonoscopy.
What you can do includes:
Eat nutritious food and make sure the food and drinks you consume are clean Eat regularly Avoid excessive activity or strenuous activity during the recovery period for typhus Drink at least 2L per day. If the doctor gave medication from the previous examination, take the drug regularly. Read also: abdominal pain bottom right
