Causes Of Pain In The Thigh?
, I want to ask, after a few weeks, my thighs hurt and sometimes I can’t walk. Almost every day in the morning after waking up, my thigh muscles and arms are very painful, 3x I can’t get out of bed. sit? because in a day I can up to 12 hours of work and require me to sit down. please explain. thanks.
Did you do strenuous exercise before or without warming up? Complaints of pain in the thighs can come from muscles, bones, joints, skin, and innervation. Thigh pain can be caused by the following conditions:
History of injury, including hamstring injuries
Muscle cramps after actovotas are too heavy
Nerve disorders (eg "pinched nerves")
Bone or skin infection
Cracked or broken femur
For the time being, you can try doing the following tips first:
Do light exercise regularly and make sure to do enough warming up before exercising
Stretch in between work, if you've been sitting too long, you can walk around the room for a while
Use pants that are comfortable and not tight
Use comfortable footwear
Foot prop during sleep
Get enough rest
Take a shower with warm water
Use pain medication or creams / ointments / gels that can relieve pain
If with the tips above you still feel pain in your thighs or arms, you should consult a doctor directly so that further tests can be done to ascertain the cause of the pain and so that you can get more optimal treatment from the doctor huh. If needed the doctor can carry out blood tests and x-rays, while the treatment will be adjusted to the results of your examination.
Hope it helps you,
