Thank you for the question.
Pain in the wrists, legs, shoulders, knees, accompanied by swollen thighs as you experience it may be caused by:
Rheumatoid arthritis (arthritis due to autoimmune disorders)
Peripheral neuropathy (peripheral nerve damage, often due to diabetes)
Other causes, such as lack of neurotropic nutrition, muscle pain, post-injury, multiple sclerosis, lymphadenitis, tumors or infections that suppress the spine, vascular disorders, metabolic disorders, viral or bacterial infections, etc.
This pain and swelling, if it is very restrictive, and does not improve for a long time, should be checked directly by a doctor or neurologist. Blood tests, x-rays, ultrasound, electromyography, CT scans, MRI, and so on may be the doctor's recommendation if the doctor suspects that there is a more serious condition.
In the meantime, you should not take drugs carelessly, except if it is prescribed directly by a doctor. Relieve your pain first with the application of warm compresses, take over-the-counter pain relievers (such as paracetamol), get more rest, exercise diligently for at least 30 minutes a day, do not order carelessly painful areas of the body, especially swelling, wear comfortable footwear (not high quality footwear) heels), maintain ideal body weight, be more diligent in eating fruits and vegetables that are rich in antioxidants, and stay away from cigarettes and alcohol.
Hope this helps ...
