Causes Of Pregnancy And Miscarriage Are Not Realized?
Afternoon r nI want to ask. My wife has been late for a month. Because menstruation did not appear, we did a testpack, and the results were negative. At the time of the testpack, we had a husband and wife suddenly the blood came out of my wife’s vagina, and this has happened for more than 2 weeks my wife was bleeding from red to brown. During bleeding, my wife sometimes felt pain, sometimes not and a little blood appeared, and during menstruation, my wife felt nauseous, dizzy, vomiting like a pregnant woman. Finally we checked with the midwife. After checking, my wife did get pregnant and immediately miscarried, which was not realized, because it was still early, my wife was not cured, only given medicine as a treatment. Will my wife be alright? Why can pregnancy occur when the results of the negative testpack and miscarriage immediately occur just like that? Does this make sense because it happened so fast? Usually people have a miscarriage out of blood a lot and feel tremendous pain, but my wife only bleed a little and sometimes it hurts sometimes not, is the cycle of miscarriage every woman is different? Can my wife still have children? Is only using medicine as a treatment, my wife’s uterus will really clean? Please explain, thank you
Good morning, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. Testpack is indeed one of the easiest tools to use to find out if someone is pregnant or not. But you need to know, that a testpack that shows positive results does not necessarily indicate that a person is actually pregnant as negative results do not necessarily indicate that he is not pregnant. This is because there are so-called false-positive and false-negative terms, and are related to the quality of the equipment, usage procedures, inaccurate inspection times and so on. At this stage, the understanding is that someone who has a negative testpack can still actually be pregnant.
However, we cannot guarantee whether or not there has been a miscarriage, and whether the bleeding from your wife's uterus is indeed due to miscarriage. Because for the release of blood itself there are many reasons that can be underlying it, such as infection, inflammation, friction due to sexual intercourse, vaginal dryness, sores, cervical polyps, and so forth.
For that, we recommend that you check your wife to the gynecologist, so that it can be seen using special tools such as ultrasound inserted into the vagina or with a speculum whether there is tissue or not in it. If indeed there is tissue assessed and there has been a miscarriage there, then it does not have to be cured, the drug given will stimulate the uterus to contract and remove the remaining tissue, which if the drug does not work when your wife is examined when in control, then curettage may be planned .
In conclusion for now do not have sex first, keep your wife's food and drink intake, and consult a gynecologist. So, hopefully answering your question.
