Causes Of Pregnancy With VES (extra Ventricular Systole) Bigemini?
good evening, I just got KRS, the complaint during the MRS was bleeding with 12 weeks UK (imminent abortion). When I entered the ER I was asked to record an EKG and it said VES Bigemini, even though I have no history of shortness of breath or palpitations so far. The next day the ECG was recorded again with normal results. so that the doctor felt that there was no need to give heart medication because of the high risk to the fetus that I wanted to maintain. What I want to ask is, is it possible that the ECG record gives inaccurate results considering that I do not have any complaints. and could it be a bad EKG result due to my panicked state because of the bleeding I was experiencing? thank you
VES (extra ventricular systole) bigemini is a condition of abnormal electrical activity of the heart where there is a beat outside the normal and regular rhythm. The state of panic in you can enter into a state of stress. It could be what you are experiencing because of this. So you can be calmer and less worried.
But if you have a risk of heart problems such as a family history of heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and others, it's a good idea to stay alert because with this risk, it can increase the risk of heart abnormalities.
Keep regular check-ups and do what your doctor recommends beforehand so that your pregnancy and condition can continue to be under control.
I hope this helps.
