Causes Of Right Lower Abdominal Pain?
The doctor suggested a CT scan of the thorax (I haven’t done it), after I was diagnosed with stomach ulcers, and gastric acid high up to Gerd, and I often felt an upper left chest itch and was less comfortable than the left throat. I often pat my left upper chest to feel comfortable. In addition, for the past few years I have often felt pain in the lower right abdomen. Please advise.
Good evening, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. Complaints about itching on the left chest that you experience, and complaints of pain in the lower right abdomen and discomfort in the neck, most likely are different conditions. This is because itching is a symptom that comes from the skin or nerves, while pain in the lower right abdomen is most likely due to a disruption in the organ behind it.
To be more specific, pain in the lower right abdomen can occur because:
Urinary tract infection
Endometriosis cysts in women
While itching in the chest can be due to fungal infections, psychological effects, and allergies. So what we want to say, it still needs further examination to be able to find out what condition you are actually experiencing. For that, check yourself with a general practitioner first to look for the link between the symptoms, and later treatment will be determined based on the examination. You can be treated immediately, and can also be referred to a specialist if the condition is considered complicated.
Meanwhile, compress the painful area with a warm compress, and sprinkle salicyl powder or calamine lotion on the itchy part. Avoid consumption of spicy, sour, oily foods, coffee and do not delay eating, multiply the consumption of warm water, and if the pain is increasingly unbearable, do not hesitate to check yourself at the nearest hospital emergency room. So, hopefully answering your question.
