I’m currently having problems with my ears. a year ago when swallowing there was a crackling sound in the ear. after I checked only wrote by the doctor. then if I’m in a quiet place, like my boarding room. My ears keep ringing like that, especially since when I sleep there is a ringing sound that hurts during sleep paralysis when my body position cannot be moved.
