Causes Of White Patches On The Cornea Of the Eye?
, my right eye kept watering. And there is white on the underside of the black eye. It feels like going to sleep all the time. That’s because of the gadget or whatever. Thank you
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Do you mean that there are white patches on your corneas? The cornea of the eye is a clear layer on the outside of the eye which is blackish (iris).
White patches on the cornea of the eye can be caused by several possibilities, including:
the presence of foreign bodies in the cornea (for example corneas exposed to small pebbles / sand or splashed iron ore when working)
any injury to the corena (due to a blunt or sharp object being scratched)
scar tissue in the cornea that can appear after a deep corneal wound or a wound that is not treated properly
infection of the cornea, can be due to fungi, bacteria, viruses, or parasites
pinguecula or pterygium
If white patches are seen on the inside of the cornea, then several possible causes are:
turbidity of the lens (cataract)
tumor / cancer in the eye
toxoplasma infection of the eye
To be sure, you should do an examination directly to the eye doctor. If you experience vision problems too, or you experience severe pain in your eyes, do the examination as soon as possible and do not delay. Frequent use of gadgets can indeed cause tired eyes and feel like sleeping all the time, it can even cause eyes to look reddish. However, the use of gadgets will not cause the appearance of whitish spots on the eyes and whitish spots on the eyes are abnormal conditions, therefore immediately do an examination to find out the exact cause.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
