Causes Of X-shaped Legs In Adulthood?
I want to ask, I’m a 16-year-old woman and I have x-shaped legs. I don’t know when I started having it. I only found out a month ago when I started trying Pilates. My instructor said that I have x-shaped legs but not like people who have x-legs in general because I can still close my feet without feeling pain only if it takes too long it just won’t feel good. And I from elementary school love to stand by supporting one of my legs in turn, is this one of the causes? Can my leg be restored without surgery or therapy at the hospital? How to? And how do I keep my legs from getting worse? thanks.
hello .. thanks for the question ..
x leg is a deformity of both legs where the knees are close together. Some of the conditions that cause factors are:
genetic or hereditary factors. rickets. diseases caused by lack of vitamin D in the bones. osteomyelitis. an infection of the bone. trauma / injury to the foot (knee, shin). obesity or overweight. arthritis. inflammation of the joints. to ensure the situation that you experience you should take your parents to see yourself to the doctor. the doctor will do a physical examination, blood examination, and x-rays and can provide appropriate treatment and therapy according to the cause. treatment can take the form of drug consumption, surgery, and physiotherapy. while the things you can do at home are losing weight, regular exercise, doing well exercises (use aids such as adding soles), routine physiotherapy and control to the doctor.
that's all .. hopefully can help ..
