Causes Often Feel Others Hate?
Hello, I am 20 years old now, but I feel I need more support to make sure the decisions I make are right, and I feel that sometimes people hate me if I make a mistake. Is that a mental disorder or not?
Hello Andarina, thank you for the question on HealthReplies.com.
Reading your complaint, there are several conditions that might cause the complaint such as:
Dependent type personality disorder
To find out if you really have a mental disorder or not, it is highly recommended that you consult further with a psychiatric specialist (psychiatrist). The doctor will conduct further examinations regarding your complaints and your mental status, as well as your current physical condition to find out whether this problem is caused by your psychiatric or is related to certain physical abnormalities. After that, then the doctor will determine what the diagnosis of your condition is and what therapy you should go through to help resolve your problem. These therapies may be in the form of counseling, psychological therapy or medication, depending on the cause.
In the meantime, you should learn to be more confident in yourself and also every decision you make. Also grateful for all the consequences arising from your decisions, both good and bad consequences in your opinion, use these bad things as a lesson for you not to repeat the mistake again and to develop yourself more. And it is also recommended not to listen too much to other people's bad opinions about yourself, because that is not necessarily true, use these opinions to spur yourself to be even better.
I hope this helps.
