1 Answer:

Hello Debiagustin,

Any complaints (wanting to urinate but can't get out) accompanied by lower abdominal pain and low back pain can be caused by the following conditions:

Kidney disorders, especially if you have a history of kidney disease
Urinary tract infection
Urinary tract stones
Cystitis
Other medical conditions, such as diabetes

Considering you have a history of kidney disease, you should consult a doctor directly so that further tests can be done to determine your condition, if necessary you can do a urine test, ultrasound, and blood tests on you. Furthermore, you can be given more appropriate handling in accordance with the results of your examination.

Some tips that can be done:

Do not hold urine
Inadequate daily water needs
Keep the pubic area clean
Always rinse the vagina from front to back
Avoid tight pants

Hope it helps you,

Thank you
