Is that me having PMS normally ?? Thank you in advance
Hello, Thank you for the question.
Pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS) is a collection of symptoms experienced by a woman before experiencing menstruation. PMS complaints are not the same between one woman and another. These complaints can include abdominal cramps 1-2 days before menstruation, breast pain, fatigue, increased appetite, and blood spots. Spots of blood that occur on PMS will be followed by menstrual bleeding for 2-7 days. When is your menstrual schedule and how is your menstrual cycle? Normal menstrual cycles range from 21 days to 35 days. This cycle is calculated from the first day of menstruation. If the bleeding that occurred during the 11 days occurred on your menstrual schedule then the bleeding is menstrual bleeding. Blood pressure due to pregnancy is caused by implantation from the conception into the uterine wall, also known as implantation bleeding. In implantation bleeding, bleeding that comes out will be of short duration (for 1-2 days), bright red or faint, and the amount of blood that comes out is small.
If this bleeding occurs outside of menstrual time, then this bleeding can be caused by:
hormonal disorders for example due to high stress levels, heavy physical activity, drastic weight loss, obesity
polycystic ovary syndrome
thyroid hormone disorders
Please consult with your obstetrician directly for further examination. Your doctor needs to interview you to get more complete information about your symptoms, your menstrual history, and your medical history. The doctor also needs to do an examination on you to find the cause. Further treatment will be given by a doctor in accordance with the conditions that you experience. In the meantime, please do the following suggestions:
get enough rest, avoid tiring physical activity
avoid strict diets
maintain ideal body weight
manage stress well
Hopefully this information helps you.
