Causes Shortness Of Breath, Dry Throat, Dry Cough, And Chest Pain
night doc, I have never been abroad, never contacted with a positive person covid 19 ….. so about 3 weeks before I had a few complaints, namely; throat feels dry (not tasty), dry cough (not routine, only once) around the chest feels sore like stomach acid, shortness of breath (I have a history of these 2 diseases) and feels increasingly tightness and pain when inhaling fumes and fried oil , my inner lips have some white patches (before that there was sprue), and insomnia, my condition is now mending but the complaints that still exist are sore throat and chest pain, white patches on the cough once in a while only, and insomnia, so what causes this disease all the docks ???
Hello Roby, Thank you for the question.
Did this complaint occur from 3 weeks ago or did it get better then reappear again? Complaints of a sore throat can be caused by several health conditions that can only be ascertained by further doctor's examination. Symptoms of sore throat are usually accompanied by other symptoms such as coughing, runny nose, fever, swallowing pain, swollen lymph nodes, heartburn or chest pain that feels hot, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, belching, decreased appetite. From your story your symptoms can be caused by acid reflux disease.
Gastric acid disease occurs when the muscles in the lower part of the esophagus weaken causing stomach acid to go back up into the esophagus and cause symptoms. Stomach aches in the chest and sore throat are some of the symptoms of acid reflux disease. Acid reflux disease can also occur at night before or during sleep, making sufferers experience insomnia / insomnia. Aside from stomach acid, other causes are strep throat or tonsillitis. On the other hand, white patches on the lips can be caused by inflammation such as viral infections or fungal infections, nutritional deficiencies, dehydration.
Handling you can do right now is:
consume ulcer drugs / antacids that are sold freely in pharmacies, follow the instructions for the use of drugs on the packaging
avoid consuming spicy, sour, oily foods
avoid consuming caffeinated, fizzy, and alcoholic drinks
avoid consuming large portions of food at once, preferably in small portions but more often
avoid lying down after eating
avoid consuming food before going to bed, you should consume food last 3 hours before bedtime
manage stress well
multiply the consumption of water and multiply the consumption of nutritious foods
If the symptoms do not improve for 3 days despite the above methods, or if there are symptoms of high fever for more than 3 days, please consult your nearest doctor so that the doctor can do a direct examination on you to find the cause so that it can provide appropriate treatment .
Hopefully this information helps you.
