Hello Ermiy, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Disorders of the eye associated with varicella virus infection, which is the virus that causes chickenpox, are very rare but if they occur, some of the most common conditions are:
Inflammation of the iris (color coating) of the eye Inflammation of the eye membrane (conjunctivitis) Inflammation of the eye cornea Damage to the eye nerve Complaints that you feel at this time, including in one of the eye emergency situation, so it is advisable to keep your eyes checked by a specialist eye specialist directly to be evaluated using special eye examination equipment so that it can be determined what is the cause, whether related to chicken pox you are suffering from and also what therapy should be given for your current condition.
In the meantime, keep using acyclovir tablets and ointments as prescribed until the time you finish using these drugs. Avoid rubbing your eyes and avoid using any eye drops without clear doctor's advice. You are also recommended to compress your eyes with cold compresses for 5-10 minutes to help reduce swelling and provide a sense of comfort. If you accidentally touch your eyes, wash your hands immediately using running water and soap.
I hope this helps.
