Good night, I have had endoscopy and colonoscopy related to bloody bowel movements and the result I was diagnosed with INTERNAL HEMORHOID on 29 08 2018. And I was given drugs such as ranitidine etc. But there are also drugs that I have to buy for myself, as many as 45 tablets of ARDIUM, but I only bought 20 tablets, but the chapter does not bleed anymore, I feel healed, but today 28 02 2020 CHAPTER is bleeding again. Does the hemorrhoids recur again? Thanks.
Hemorrhoids or hemorrhoids are swelling conditions in the walls of blood vessels around the rectum. Due to the location of hemorrhoids around the rectum, it is not uncommon for hemorrhoids to experience irritation, inflammation, injury or even infection so that it needs to be treated accordingly. In general, hemorrhoids are divided into 4 stages and treatment is given according to how heavy the hemorrhoids occur.
If you have a history of hemorrhoids and are getting treatment (though not completely) and then experience the same symptoms then it is very likely that the complaint you are experiencing right now is related to the condition of the hemorrhoids. In addition to hemorrhoids, these complaints can also be caused by lower gastrointestinal bleeding, infections such as cholera or malignancy in the large intestine.
I suggest that you check your doctor's back to make sure the condition that causes your complaint so that the appropriate handling steps can be given. If indeed the complaint is caused by hemorrhoids and is not too severe then the doctor can prescribe oral medication to strengthen the walls of blood vessels around your rectum and symptomatic drugs (according to symptoms) to treat complaints. If the hemorrhoids that occur are quite severe, the doctor will review the need for surgical procedures to resolve your complaint.
