Chapter Bleeding, Anus Feels Hot And Abdominal Pain?
Hallo.I am nurul, female 26th. In the morning I pooped in a state of hard stool and fresh blood came out simultaneously. I am worried. Because this is not just one or two incidents. After pooping, my anus feels hot. That’s not all. Abdominal upper middle and right upper abdomen feel uncomfortable, if I press with a finger feels pain unlike other parts of the abdomen. It’s entered the 3rd day and stomach discomfort is still the same. But the stool now is not hard but rather sorry .. diarrhea. But the blood that came out during urination today is not as much as the first day. Please answer. What symptoms do you think that is? Then, should I check too 🙏
Thank you for the question.
Stools that initially hard and then lead to diarrhea and contain fresh blood, the anus feels hot, accompanied by the middle and upper abdomen that feels uncomfortable and painful when pressed, most likely indicates a disturbance in your digestive tract, for example due to hemorrhoids, anal fissures, inflammation of the intestine, food allergies, food intolerance or malabsorption, irritable bowel syndrome, gastric ulcer, anal cancer, colorectal cancer, digestive infections, colon cancer, and so on. It could also be, actually discomfort in the stomach that you feel occurs due to disorders in other organ systems, for example due to pre menstrual syndrome, fibromyalgia, urinary tract infections or stones, endometriosis, myoma, and so on.
It should be clarified, how annoying are these complaints for you? Are you still able to work as usual?
If the complaints that arise are very disturbing to you, you should, consult yourself directly to the doctor or doctor of internal medicine for further examination, including by stool, ultrasound, or endoscopy if necessary. Depending on the cause, later the doctor can give you a different treatment.
In the meantime, you can make your complaint first by:
Warm stomach compresses that are not comfortable Do not like to hold back bowel More diligent drinking, eating fruits, vegetables, and whole grains Be active exercise every day Do not consume spicy foods, fatty, and excessive gassing Don't overly mind, make yourself more relaxed Do not just take any medicine without a doctor's prescription. Hope it helps.
