Characteristics Of Suicide?
I am a 17 year old male teenager. I was confused about what I would do after graduating from school. I felt that I didn’t have the support of the people closest to me, and began to feel that I had no purpose for life. I am sure that I was born just to please others.
Good evening Riyorid, thank you for the question on HealthReplies.com.
Reading the complaints that you are experiencing at this time, there are several possible conditions that can be suffered by you, such as:
General anxiety disorder
Stress response syndrome
Therefore, it is highly recommended that you check your condition with a psychiatrist for further evaluation of your psychiatric condition to ascertain whether it is true that you are suffering from a psychiatric disorder or not, and if it is stated that you suffer from a particular psychiatric disorder, the doctor will determine further what therapy you should go through to help deal with the disorder, such as with psychotherapy and certain drugs.
For now, try to get closer to God again to help you rediscover what your life's goals are because you are still young and there are still many life choices that you can consider to live next. Focus first in order to achieve all the good things that you can do right now to open up good paths for you in the future, such as by organizing at school, getting achievements at school, and so on. Also discuss your desires with your family and also the people closest to you, if you don't get enough support, discuss further what solutions you should do that are still in accordance with your wishes. Divert your mind from suicidal thoughts by doing other more positive activities such as sports, hobbies, holidays with family / friends, and other things that make you happy but still positive.
I hope this helps.
