Chest Bone Pain When Pressed Or Exposed?
Hi, I’m 26. I used to use a wire bra, but in 2016 I felt very sick because of a wire bra. As a result I have not used it until now. However, why yes, my sternum on the right and left, in certain parts it hurts when pressed or burdened on it? I originally thought it was because of the use of wire bra, but why is it still so painful? Pain when I was not in my period
Does pain only feel when pressed? If the emphasis is done too hard it can certainly cause pain. Besides the pain in the chest when pressed can relate to muscle pain due to movements that are done incorrectly / not ergonomically, for example, often puff out the chest, bend over, sling a bag. This condition can also be affected by vitamin deficiency, history of injury, and lack of exercise.
But in addition to chest muscle pain, your complaint can also be caused by several other conditions such as:
Skin problems: injuries caused by punctured bras, herpes, boils Costochondritis / inflammation of the ribs and supporting tissues Injury to the ribs Nerve disorders Neurological problems Internal organs: stomach acid disease, pleurisy, tuberculosis, angina, heart problems How often complaints occur and whether the rib injury pain arises without any emphasis on that location? To ascertain the cause requires further examination by a doctor. For the time being you can try doing the following tips:
Get used to regular exercise Perform activities / activities with a more ergonomic position Avoid pressing on the chest Get enough rest Use a comfortable and non-tight bra Eat regularly and avoid spicy, sour, and caffeine foods If pain in the chest area occurs repeatedly and without triggered by pressure or movement, you should check with your doctor directly so that the cause can be ascertained, if necessary, you can check tamabahn for example with x-rays, heart records, and ultrasound. Treatment will be given if certain medical conditions are found from the examination results.
Hope it helps you,
