Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
The tingling is actually the part of the pain sensation that is the lightest in intensity. This tingling can occur most often when you experience light touch or friction stimuli, for example from wearing tight clothing, rubbing with hands or insects, and so on. This condition is in most cases harmless.
Is the tingling that appears felt from the skin on the outside of the chest or from the inside of the body? If itching is felt from the inside, it could also be caused by:
Lack of blood flow in the chest area, for example due to wearing a bra or tight clothing, sleeping on your stomach
Dyspepsia (increased stomach acid)
Deficiency of certain vitamins or minerals
Infection, irritation, or allergy to the skin
Respiratory disorders, for example due to pleurisy (inflammation of the lungs), pneumonia (inflammation of the lung parenchyma)
Multiple sclerosis (an autoimmune disorder that attacks the protective membranes of nerve cells)
Psychosomatic disorders, and so on
Although generally harmless, if the tingling occurs very often, you should still have it checked directly by a doctor. So, it can be known whether the condition you are experiencing is still normal or requires special treatment.
In the meantime, try the following:
Not wearing tight clothes
Shower regularly 2x a day
Avoid using substances that are allergenic or irritating around the chest skin
If the tickle is very annoying, compress the ticklish chest area with ice cubes
Hope it helps ya..
