hello, my name is dira. I want to ask, lately I often feel my breath is rather short and like only up to the throat, not into the lungs. then today I feel like my chest is a bit pressed, but I don’t feel pain, only a little discomfort when breathing. There are no other symptoms that accompany. I had a cold and a mild fever last week, but it was cured. my family has no history of heart disease and no active smokers at home. This symptom has arisen since the news of the spread of the covid-19 virus has worsened. I had thought this symptom was due to excessive anxiety, but I was not so sure.
