Hello Kania, thank you for asking to HealthReplies.com.
Let me introduce myself, Dr. Rio will answer the questions that you give.
Previously I was concerned about what you experienced, I'm glad you still realize that there is something wrong with you so you are looking for help, because it can help in your recovery. Based on what you said, there are several possible psychiatric disorders that occur to you, namely:
Overall anxiety disorder.
Symptoms of some of the above possibilities can overlap, causing difficulties in distinguishing them without face to face, and because of the limitations of the data that I have at this time. For that you should consult a psychiatrist doctor remembering the symptoms that you feel have been classified as severe symptoms in mental disorders because of self-discomfort such as self-injury or even the desire to commit suicide.
At the moment some things you can do include:
Think positive and avoid overthinking.
Tell the problem you are experiencing to the people closest to you such as parents, siblings, or friends share the suffering that you have, do not save yourself.
Meditation can calm the mind.
Perform positive activities such as exercising regularly, or doing religious activities, etc.
Ask to be accompanied by another person during the treatment period because not infrequently the treatment lasts for a few moments.
That's all the answers I can give, thank you very much :)
