Hello Marwah, thank you for asking at Alodokter.
I try to help answer.
Complaints of chest pain radiating to the back can be caused by:
1. Dyspepsia syndrome: is a kumoulan symptom that causes the upper abdomen to feel uncomfortable. Symptoms are felt in the form of abdominal pain, chest pain, nausea, vomiting.
2. Gastritis or ulcer: is inflammation that occurs in the stomach wall, can be caused by bacteria, viruses, drugs. Symptoms include abdominal pain, chest pain, nausea, vomiting.
3. Coronary heart disease: is a condition in which blood vessels in the heart become blocked, which causes blood flow to the heart to decrease. Symptoms include chest pain, such as being stabbed or pressed, spreading to the back, sweating, shortness of breath.
It is important to know what kind of pain is felt, how long the pain is felt, whether the rest is reduced.
To find out what complaints are felt to lead to disease, you should consult a doctor of internal medicine. Later the doctor will conduct a physical examination related to perceived complaints, conduct additional supporting examinations such as ECG, X-ray.
If the pain becomes more severe, the heart beats strongly, sweats or even faints, immediately take it to the nearest hospital for further treatment.
For now things that can be done are to avoid fatty foods, avoid stress and excessive activity, multiply the consumption of water, adequate rest.
Hope this helps, thank you.
