Children Eat Like To Be Eaten?
my son is 3 days away 8 months. But it’s been the past week if you eat constantly. It’s okay but not chewed. As a result, the food piles up in the mouth and when it’s full it’s spit out.rnI’ve tried mutually changing the menu, my texture has gone up/down, I’ve had different ways of feeding.. But I still don’t want to eat. What should I do.. Thank you
Hi..thanks for the question. We understand your concern
Children who like to eat food can be caused by several things, including:
The child still feels full. Eating too close together makes children feel full so they don't want to chew. The growth of a child's teeth can cause an uncomfortable sensation during the chewing process so that the child only eats food. The child is sick. The habit of children who only eat food can be caused by the pain they experience, such as canker sores and cavities. Monotonous/less varied food makes it boring for children. The process of transitioning from liquid to solid food also causes children to be unreliable in chewing food. At this stage the mother should be patient to train the child in the process of chewing food. To overcome the child's habit of sucking, you can do the following tips:
Use unique and cute cutlery to attract children's attention. Give portions of food to children sufficiently and not excessive. And give rewards / praise for children if they are able to finish the food. Feeding children while bringing fairy tales or telling stories so that a pleasant impression is embedded in children while eating. Adjusting the distance between children's meals is not too close to drinking milk, thus avoiding the child is already full. It is better to give milk after the child eats. I hope this information is helpful
