Greetings doctor, I want to ask. I have undergone lymph node OP in the neck and the PA results say that the result is chronic inflammation. what do you mean by chronic radan? and whether it can be dangerous? and whether it can grow back even after OP? thank you

1 Answer:

Hello Asih, thank you for asking.

Basically the disease consists of acute and chronic. This certainly applies also to infectious diseases. I am new in nature, describing the rapid and recent course of the disease. Chronic means long, describes the course of a slow and monthly or chronic disease. Inflammation is generally caused by a process of infection. Infection can be caused by bacteria or viruses. In addition, inflammation may also be caused by an allergic reaction or irritation.

Repeated inflammation is certainly possible. If the glands that are currently inflamed have been removed, then re-inflammation may occur in other lymph glands, because lymph glands are abundant throughout the human body. A healthy diet and a good lifestyle are expected to increase body immunity thereby reducing the risk of recurrent inflammation, not only in the lymph nodes but also in other parts of the body. You can discuss this further with the doctor who treats you so that the information is more accurate.

Hopefully this answer is helpful. Regards.
