Good afternoon, I want to ask this doc. Hello, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com

Colds, discomfort in the throat without being accompanied by the presence of cough can be caused by a variety of factors that are able to find out more specifically the need to dig up history and direct physical examination. Some possibilities that can cause similar complaints include:

Allergic Rhinitis Influenza Pharyngitis Tonsillitis GERD ARI The flu and cough that arises due to influenza are included in the group of self-limiting disease or a disease that can recover by itself within 5-7 days depending on the strength of the immune system of each individual. In the condition of a good immune system, it is possible for complaints to last more than 7 days. Therefore for the time being it would be nice if you could take the following steps to maintain a good immune system:

Drink plenty of water Get enough sleep and rest Do not smoke Do not consume alcohol Manage stress Keep your diet regular and nutritious Avoiding spicy, sour, coconut milk, oily, chips Avoiding sweet foods and drinks, chocolate, sweets Avoiding dust, cigarette smoke, and pollution Regarding your question regarding coronavirus or COVID-19, here are some of the main symptoms that can occur if someone is infected with coronavirus:

High fever Dry cough Shortness of breath In some cases it can also be accompanied by sore throat, joint pain, weakness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Of course, these symptoms are supported by a history of traveling to an infected country or a history of contact with a COVID-19 sufferer in the last 14 days.

To avoid COVID-19, take the following precautions:

Wash hands with soap for 30 seconds as often as possible or use a hand sanitizer if it is outside the house without access to running water. Avoid touching the face area before washing hands. Avoid crowds or crowds, give a minimum physical distance of 1 meter from others. If coughing or sneezing, close your nose and mouth with tissue and immediately throw it away. Or cover using the inner elbow Use a mask when you are sick, and do isolation independently at home. Avoid traveling outside the home unless it is important and urgent (social distancing) to prevent transmission.
