Collision On The Front Of The Head?
my head hit the fence on the front of the head about 1 hour ago. It hit quite hard. However, the effect that appears is only a small lump, not feeling dizzy or nauseous. So how’s that? Will symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, etc. appear after a few hours/days later, or can they appear right after the incident? Is it dangerous?
Thank you for your question.
The condition you experience may lead to a minor head injury, which is generally caused by a blow to the head, for example due to a case you experienced, a fall, a blow, or an accident. Usually a mild head injury will cause a symptom: nausea or vomiting, dizziness or lightheadedness, blurred vision, feeling weak or tired, and so on. However, the symptoms that have been mentioned may not occur. Tips for you: get enough sleep and rest, avoid physical activity such as sports first, apply a cold compress on the head --- if there is a headache. We still recommend that you see a doctor immediately, and discuss this problem, if the symptoms mentioned above finally appear and get worse, so that you can be given a series of further treatments.
Thus the explanation that we can convey, may be useful.
