Complaints Of Lumps And Itching In The Throat?
Afternoon, I am 24 years old, woman. Three days ago I took out the food in my stomach and then I felt like there was a lump in my throat. The next day I released stomach acid, the lump in my throat was still there today + itching in my throat. So sometimes I cough. I don’t have a fever and I can still interpret normally. Should I check into the clinic? If not, are there any tips to relieve itching in the throat and what medications can I take? Thank you
Thank you for asking.
Complaints of lumps and itching in the throat occur due to inflammation of the throat. Sore throat itself can occur due to several possibilities including:
Irritation due to smoking, alcohol, vehicle fumes, air pollution, or acid reflux
To find out the cause certainly needs a complete inspection. Medical interviews, physical examinations, and additional examinations must be carried out so that the cause can be known and the treatment will be appropriate.
If the complaint was accompanied by stomach acid that comes out, there may be irritation in your throat.
For now, there are several things you can do:
Avoid foods that are too oily and too spicy
Drink plenty of warm water
Nutritious and balanced diet
Avoid exposure to cigarettes
Avoid eating large amounts of food at all
Do not lie down immediately after eating
Antsida can be consumed to relieve symptoms
If symptoms worsen until breathing difficulties or difficulty in swallowing or complaints persist after handling at home to the maximum immediately to the doctor for subsequent treatment. Stay alert when going out and avoid using public transportation. Use a mask if you experience airway complaints and keep a distance from others around you at least 1m.
That may be useful. Stay healthy.
