Hello Afrizal, thanks for the question for HealthReplies.com

Babies should be introduced to complementary foods starting from the age of 6 months following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Indonesian Pediatrician Association (IDAI). MPASI is recommended to be started by giving a single menu first for the first 2 weeks only. Most doctors recommend giving foods that are less allergenic (not causing allergies) such as carbohydrates, fruit, and vegetables in the first 2 weeks. However, WHO also recommends including the provision of animal protein in a single menu such as chicken meat. We recommend that you give 1 type of single menu for 3 consecutive days to see the possibility of allergies to that type of food.

After 2 weeks of this introduction period, WHO recommends starting a 4-star menu, namely a food menu consisting of sources of carbohydrates, animal protein, vegetable protein, and vegetables. You can try mixing the foods that have been introduced in a single menu and adding or substituting the ingredients one by one to stay aware of potential food allergies.

When you start entering the 4-star menu, you are allowed to introduce vegetable proteins such as tofu and tempeh, red beans, peas. You have to adjust the presentation method according to the child's ability. For children 6 months old, tempeh should be steamed first and then mashed. If your family has a history of food allergies, you should first consult with your pediatrician before giving vegetable and animal protein menus.

The following is an inspiration for a child's complementary food menu that you can read.
