Consumption For Vomiting?
Afternoon if any fruit vomit is not allowed to eat. Can wine be eaten?
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
In general, there are 2 types of fiber, fiber that is water soluble (or called soluble fiber) and water insoluble fiber (insoluble fiber). When you have diarrhea / diarrhea, you are not advised to consume fiber that is not water-soluble because it can worsen the condition of your diarrhea. Instead, you are advised to consume water-soluble fiber because it can help solidify feces and stop diarrhea.
The following are examples of foods that are rich in water-soluble fibers: oatmeal, beans, sweet potatoes, apples, mangoes, plums, berries, peaches, kiwi, bananas. Fruit skin contains a lot of water-insoluble fiber, so if you want to eat fruit like apples, don't eat with the skin. Wine is not very recommended for consumption when diarrhea because the skin of grapes contains a lot of insoluble fiber, grapes also contain a lot of fructose and in some sensitive people, excessive consumption of fructose can also trigger diarrhea. People who are sensitive to tannins can also experience diarrhea after consuming foods or drinks that are high in tannin (one of which is wine).
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
