Consumption Of Cereal Drinks And Milk To Gain Weight?
Good afternoon. It’s been 2 weeks that I diligently consume energy every morning and ensure milk in the afternoon with the aim of increasing weight. As for the result, I gained 3 pounds. My question is whether consuming these two drinks on the same day is good for health in the long run? Are there any negative effects? Then what foods / beverages / supplements should I consume to fatten my body. thanks.
Hello, Tri Cloud. Thank you for the question submitted to HealthReplies.com.
The breakfast you consume is an instant milk drink and cereal containing carbohydrates, vitamins, fat, and minerals. The milk you drink is a supplement with high protein and calorie content. In general, there are no scientific studies that report the effects of concurrent use both in the short and long term.
