In the afternoon, I am Runty, I get PMS every month, before menstruation I feel all body aches and breast pain but after entering menstruation the breast pain disappears, but my body feels chills and abdominal pain this happens on days 1-2 after I don’t feel anything at all, is that a natural thing?
