Continued My Previous Question?
Based on the doctor’s explanation, that to find out the exact cause, it is necessary to do further examination. I have checked my eyes directly to an ophthalmologist for almost 5 times, but the doctor always says that the eye alone has no interference. nThank you, good afternoon.
Hello Desti, thank you for the question.
Considering that this complaint has been checked many times and no problems have been found, is there any advice given by the ophthalmologist? This is because there are often suggestions or information conveyed that may be missed or are actually quite important things to do, but because they feel they are not related, they often do not do it.
For example, suggestions to reduce the time you play Gadgets or smartphones or being in front of the computer. This condition can cause dry eyes, redness, blurred shadows and achy eyes. this is because the eyes are too tired, and usually with adequate rest, the eyes can become normal again. Minus eye conditions with the use of unsuitable glasses can also cause this to happen.
In addition, the condition of emotional or high enough stress can also cause physical complaints that are felt to exist, but are not visible from the physical examination. For example, if in the past 2/3 months you have felt a lot of work and family pressure, then these complaints have started to emerge. This condition must be consulted with a psychologist or psychiatrist, so that it can be handled properly. My advice for now, still consult with AMTA doctor and mention all the complaints you have, and pay attention to the advice given. If the complaint gets worse, the vision becomes like being covered by a curtain, or there is vomiting that sprays, immediately consult the ER.
I hope this helps.
