Hello Must Anung, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Complaints of headaches that you feel in general can be caused by 2 types of conditions, namely primary headache and secondary headache.
Primary headache is a headache that occurs due to stimulation of parts of the head that are sensitive to pain such as tension type headaches, migraines, or cluster headaches.
While secondary headache is a headache that arises due to other abnormalities in the head such as inflammation of the lining of the brain, inflammation of the brain, brain tumor, or stroke.
Because your complaint is felt continuously and there seems to be no improvement, it is advisable to check your complaint back to the doctor to re-evaluate whether there are other conditions that cause your complaints to continue to appear. Further treatment or advice will be adjusted to the condition that you are suffering from.
For now, there are several things you can do to reduce complaints such as:
Eating foods that are nutritious and balanced
Maintain daily body fluid intake to always be fulfilled, at least 2 liters per day
Avoid or limit the consumption of foods high in salt, sugar and saturated fat
Do regular exercise at least 3 times a week with each exercise for at least 30 minutes
Avoid stress wherever possible
Get adequate and quality rest every day at least 6-8 hours per day and with a regular pattern
Avoid alcohol consumption and smoking
Limit consumption of caffeinated foods or beverages
Avoid inhaling strong odors
Take a break for a while if the complaint is being felt, while paying attention to whether there are certain things that trigger your complaint every time it is felt, if any, avoid
Avoid the use of pain medication continuously, especially if there is no clear recommendation from a doctor because it can cause side effects. Only use over-the-counter pain relievers and only when complaints are very disturbing
I hope this helps.
