Tonight, lately I often feel pain in the lower abdomen, and the feeling is mules radiating to the waist, even though I was only 33 weeks old, dangerous or not huh?

Hello!
Thank you for using the HealthReplies.com consulting service.
You're only 8 months pregnant. Not infrequently at the age of the womb, pregnant women often find a stomach that feels cramped as if to give birth but the signs of childbirth have not been seen. This can be caused by false contractions called braxton hicks contractions.

Abdominal pain or cramps will be felt randomly / irregularly. Pain can spread to the waist. Some are considered mild but others feel strong enough so that not infrequently this causes pregnant women to worry and choose to go to the nearest health service. These contractions generally do not cause blood spots / blood mucus that comes out, nor is it accompanied by discharge of amniotic fluid.

You do not need to worry, your stomach pain is not a dangerous condition. Take a break at home, avoid strenuous activities and fatigue and provide enough nutrition for your pregnancy with healthy food or a special multivitamin for pregnant women.
If the pain is very disturbing, do not hesitate to do a direct examination and consult with your obstetrician. Beware of signs of childbirth such as abdominal pain / contractions that are more regular which can be followed by the release of blood mucus or amniotic fluid. If these signs are found, immediately go to the nearest health service to get the right treatment.
So much information that I can convey, hopefully it helps
