Corona Or Respiratory Infection
Doc I want to ask, right now I’m having a dry throat, and breathing is heavy. Before I was feverish for 2hr, but now it’s not feverish anymore. Why is this doc? I am not very comfortable with this breath ..
Thank you for the question.
Dry throat, heavy breathing, and choking passions may be caused by an infection in the respiratory tract. It's just to watch out for, what microorganisms cause this infection, whether the recent Corona virus (SARS-CoV-2) or not (for example influenza, streptococcus, diphtheria, etc.). Not only respiratory infections, in fact there are many other conditions that can also cause your complaints, for example gastroesophageal reflux disease, allergies, dry air exposure, panic attacks, drug effects, immune disorders, and so on.
So far, people who have been in contact with people with COVID-19, have been traveling or come in contact with people who have traveled to areas with an outbreak of COVID-19, still need to be aware of also contracting COVID-19. However, if your complaint can still be controlled, you should not panic. Look in the current condition, staying at home and delaying the examination to the doctor unless in severe cases seems better for you, because it can reduce your potential for contracting the disease.
So, try to do it first:
Enough sleep, at least 7 hours a day
Eat a variety of healthy foods, not cold, oily, gassed, and artificial sweets
Many also eat fruits and drink water
No excessive shouting
Chest warm compresses that feel uncomfortable
Stay away from smoke, dust, cold, cigarettes, pollution, dry air, cold temperatures, and other factors that can worsen your complaints
Discipline to exercise every day
Don't worry too much let alone stress
Not just taking any medicine
However, if breathing problems feel heavy, high fever appears more than 3 days, or also other complaints that are more severe, you can consult yourself directly to the doctor or internist in order to find the best solution, ok?
I hope this helps.
