I have complaints of colds, headaches and dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, sometimes feeling weak, sometimes the body feels cold, sometimes hot and there is a ringing sound in the ear dock. But do not feel a cough, no sore throat, safe appetite and for the sense of taste is still safe and not nausea or diarrhea. Is the pain that I’m currently suffering from the dock? Thank you for the question.
Colds, headaches, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, weakness, chills, and buzzing ears, can occur due to various diseases. Perhaps, from your question, you are worried that you are experiencing COVID-19 (a disease caused by the new Corona virus). If this is your concern, it is true that these complaints may be part of the symptoms of COVID-19. From the description of many cases that occur, not all COVID-19 sufferers will experience typical symptoms, including coughing, sore throat, loss of appetite, taste disorders, nausea, or diarrhea as you mentioned. However, if you have not yet done a throat swab examination to detect the presence or absence of Corona virus in your body, it is also not certain that you are free from this disease.
In addition to the Corona virus, there are many more viruses or bacteria that infect the body can cause complaints like you are experiencing at this time. In addition to infection, your complaints can also occur due to allergies, fibromyalgia, heart problems, stomach disorders, inflammation disorders, ENT disorders, psychological disorders, and so on.
Ideally, ensuring that the originator of your complaint now needs to be done with a direct examination from a doctor or internist. Therefore, if the tightness and weakness that you feel are very great, or if you feel you have been in contact with sufferers / suspects of COVID-19, you better check yourself directly to the nearest health facility to be given the right solution, yes. Conversely, if you feel your complaint is still mild, presumably staying at home and doing independent handling like the following is much safer and minimizes your risk of contracting the disease:
Enough sleep, not too late
Compress areas of the body that are congested and painful with warm water
Regularly exercise as much as you can, with the intensity and duration gradually increasing
Take paracetamol so that pain, dizziness, and chills subside
Don't think too much
Eat regularly, but limit consumption of foods that contain a lot of gas (such as mustard greens, cabbage, tubers, coconut milk, soda, coffee, tea, milk, chocolate)
As long as you have a cold, don't also eat and drink cold ones
Drink plenty of warm water
Hope this helps ...
