Cough Accompanied By Chest Tightness And Lightheadedness?
Good morning,. i have recently had a cough. usually when I recur, my chest feels tight. but, just this morning, how come when I recur until I bled. sometimes my vision is also light-headed, body aches, headaches. I also have ulcer disease. is my ulcer disease related to the cough I have?
Coughing is a symptom of a problem with the respiratory tract. This cough can be caused by many possibilities such as:
Inflammation of the airways
Tuberculosis infection is an infection that can occur in the lungs which can last a long time. This disease can cause a long cough as well as coughing up blood. Inflammation of the airways such as bronchitis can also cause a long, short cough. Asthma is a chronic inflammatory condition of the airways which is characterized by coughing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and respiratory distress that can recur.
If you have coughed up blood and are sick for a long time, complaints such as dizzy vision, body aches and dizziness may arise. Including the long cough condition. Ulcer or gastritis can cause coughing if accompanied by other conditions that cause stomach acid to rise into the throat or respiratory tract because it can cause irritation or inflammation.
It's a good idea to see a doctor. It takes a more complete history and examination directly to distinguish what you are experiencing. If it is necessary, later additional examinations can be carried out such as sputum, x-rays and others as needed. Later the therapy will be adjusted to the circumstances you are experiencing.
I hope this helps.
