Hello Fika, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Reading the complaint that you have experienced is quite long and has not improved, so it is highly recommended that you check yourself back to a lung specialist to ascertain what conditions are causing your complaint, because of the possibility of conditions that can cause complaints like you experience currently there are several such as tuberculosis, cough variant asthma, bronchitis, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, therefore it is highly recommended to check it again.
Your doctor may recommend you to do some tests such as sputum examination, lung x-ray photos, blood tests or examination of your lung function to find out what abnormalities experienced by you at this time.
After going through various evaluations on complaints, physical conditions and also the investigation that you do, then you can determine what conditions you are suffering from and what further therapy should be given to you.
In the meantime, you should avoid things that might cause or might aggravate your complaint (for example cold weather, exposure to dust, smoke, cigarettes, etc.). Also avoid taking drugs without clear instructions from your doctor. Use a mask during your activities to prevent you from getting an infection or it might prevent transmission from you to other people.
I hope this helps.
