Cough, Throat Feels Hot, And Vomiting During Pregnancy?
Hello, I was pregnant 8 months ago … I couldn’t sleep because I coughed and my throat caught up when I was coming back out at the end and I threw up “every time I lay down. Please help.
Thank you for the question.
Cough, throat feels hot, and vomiting during pregnancy are most likely to indicate you have GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease). This condition occurs when the smooth muscle ring that divides the esophagus with the stomach fails to close completely, thereby making some of the acid from the stomach rise again and irritate the esophagus. This irritation can eventually trigger symptoms as you experience it. Vomiting due to GERD often will indeed be heavy at night, due to the influence of gravity which is increasingly pressing the stomach when you lie down to sleep.
Not just GERD, your complaints can also arise due to other factors, such as pharyngitis, laryngitis, bronchitis, gastritis, gastroenteritis, food allergies, Crohn's disease, peptic ulcers, and many other triggers.
Need to be clear, how many times have you vomited in a day? How long has your complaint also appeared?
If you experience vomiting very often (more than 5 times a day) appears more than 3 days, even for example to make shortness, loss of appetite, and other complaints that are more severe, you should not silence it. Go check yourself directly to the doctor or obstetrician to be given the right treatment. At home, you can first resolve your complaint by:
Adjust your diet: Eat small portions but often Do not over-eat foods that are acidic, fatty, gassed, artificial sweetness, especially spicy Limit consumption of soft drinks and excessive caffeinated (if necessary, do not consume at all) Do not also get used to snacks carelessly After eating, don't lie down immediately Drink more Limit first yell excessively Get more rest, position your head and chest higher while sleeping Don't wear too tight clothing in the stomach area Don't over-think Don't take carelessly taking medicine or supplements Hopefully it helps yes ..
