Hello Nokirah, Thank you for the question.
Bronchitis is inflammation of the main airways (bronchi) which can be divided into acute bronchitis and cornorn bronchitis. A cough that has occurred for 2 months or more can be classified as chronic bronchitis. While asthma is a condition of inflammation and constriction of the respiratory tract because the respiratory tract is more sensitive to certain exposures. Both can indeed cause symptoms of cough and shortness of breath. However, coughing and shortness of breath can also be caused by other conditions such as acid reflux disease. In stomach acid disease, the sufferer will usually experience other symptoms such as heartburn or chest pain that feels hot, nausea, vomiting, bloating, often belching, a lump in the throat. More information about your symptoms is needed to estimate the cause. If you still experience shortness of breath that interferes with your activities, it would be nice if you go back to see a doctor who previously treated you because to ensure your condition and its cause, further doctor's examination is needed. The doctor will return to ask questions and answers to you, examine you, and if necessary do other examinations before determining the treatment that suits your condition.
In the meantime, please do the following:
Avoid exposure to cigarette smoke, dust and other air pollution

avoid consuming caffeinated and fizzy drinks
avoid consuming large portions of food, it is recommended to consume small portions of food but more often

You should eat for the last 3 hours before going to bed
sleep with the pillow position rather high
However, if there are danger signs such as shortness of breath that weighs up to be difficult to move, please immediately go to the nearest emergency room hospital to get treatment immediately.
