Coughing With Dizziness And Runny Nose?
I have been sick for the past 3 days. at first it only coughed and now even got dizzy, runny nose, congestion, vomiting “stomach also feels like muless like that 🙁 why huh? 🙂
Good afternoon, thanks for the question
Influenza or often known as flu is an infectious disease caused by influenza viruses A, B and less frequently C. Influenza viruses continue to experience
changes, so that in time can cause an outbreak. This virus attacks the upper airways and lungs.
Complaints that are felt are fever, dizziness, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, joint and body pain, headache, weakness. Risk factors for influenza transmission include:
1. Decreased endurance
2. Residential density and high population density
3. Season / weather changes
4. Old age
Management of influenza generally
without drugs because it is self-limited disease. Treatment is to help reduce symptoms, such as giving fever relievers to treat fevers and mild pain, giving anti-histamine to reduce complaints of colds and sneezing, and antitussive to suppress dry coughs.
The thing to note is to increase endurance. To relieve symptoms is to rest, reduce excessive physical activity, improve food nutrition with high-calorie and high-protein foods, consumption of water, and fruits that are high in vitamins.
To prevent the spread of influenza virus easily requires good lighting and ventilation of the house, breaking the chain of transmission with the correct ethics of coughing and wearing masks, and improving environmental hygiene and sanitation.
Make further consultations with your doctor to be able to do the examination and treatment.
That's all, hope you can help
