Hello Arsy, thank you for the question for HealthReplies.com
Everyone has different physical endurance. For example, people who regularly exercise aerobics will be strong enough to run around the field up to 10 times without feeling tired, while people who have never exercised will already feel tired and out of breath just by running 2 times around the field. However, if you feel these symptoms only by standing for a long time or taking a leisurely walk or walking for a while, then there are several possibilities:
dehydration or lack of fluids
fatigue, lack of sleep, and lack of rest
lack of nutrition and too strict a diet
anemia or lack of blood
use of certain drugs
thyroid hormone disorders
there are disorders of the heart such as heart failure, heart valve disorders, heart rhythm disorders, congenital heart disease
breathing problems during sleep (sleep apnea)
chronic fatigue syndrome or chronic fatigue syndrome, which is a disease in which there is extreme fatigue that is not caused by certain diseases
If indeed you always feel these symptoms and are very disturbing, you should check with your doctor. Your doctor will ask you more clearly about the symptoms you feel, perform a physical examination, and recommend certain supporting examinations such as blood tests, heart records (EKG), echocardiography (heart ultrasound), thyroid examinations, etc.
Some of the things you can do:
Pay attention to the limits of your physical endurance, and don't push yourself too hard.
Do exercise regularly, start with light intensity exercise first, increase the intensity and duration slowly
Make sure you drink enough, at least 2-3 liters a day
Get enough sleep and rest, at least sleep 7-8 hours a day
Eat enough nutritious food, don't go on a too strict diet
So much information from me, hopefully it will be enough to answer
