Crooked And Small Hands After Fracture?
Good night? I have fractured my left hand for about 8-9 years. I went to a massage therapist, but the result was that my hands were not normal, they were bent and small. What’s the solution ??

Fractures require proper handling so that the shape and function of the broken bone and surrounding muscle and nerve tissue can return to optimal. Mishandling can result in deformity, function or unexpected complications.
From the description you provide, it can be concluded that there is a deformity in the broken hand accompanied by atrophy (wasting) of the muscles in the hand. It is possible that the broken bone does not connect in the right position, and there is narrowing of the blood vessels which causes blood flow to the muscles to be interrupted and causes the muscles in the hand to shrink.
We recommend that you consult with an orthopedic specialist. Physical examination and supporting examinations such as hand X-rays are required to confirm the condition of the bones and surrounding tissues. If necessary and your condition allows, the doctor will perform reconstruction surgery for bones and muscles and continue with the rehabilitation process.
Given that your condition has been going on for a long time, it will take more time and effort than treating regular fractures.
