Hello Aurelia, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Your complaint may be a symptom of several possible conditions such as:
Inflammation of the inner ear
Lack of blood sugar
Low blood pressure (especially on certain body position changes)
Minus / plus / cylinder eyes
In order to know which conditions are causing your complaints and also to determine what is the right therapy, it is highly recommended that you further consult a doctor for direct evaluation. After evaluating, then you can determine what therapy should be given / done for you.
In the meantime, in addition to seeing a doctor, you can try to do the following things to help reduce complaints such as:
Try taking paracetamol according to the dosage package until there is further advice from your doctor
Maintain your daily food intake so that it is always sufficient and nutritious, and not late
Maintain a minimum of 2 liters of fluid intake a day (equivalent to 8 glasses a day)
Increase vegetable and fruit intake
Exercise regularly and regularly at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes each time
Avoid excess stress
Get enough rest at least 6-8 hours a day
Avoid making changes in body movements suddenly and quickly
Take a break for a while when complaints are felt to be very disturbing of your activities
Avoid using drugs carelessly without a doctor's prescription
Avoid doing things that trigger or aggravate complaints
I hope this helps.
