Dark Face But White Body?
Good night. I am a 21 year old woman. My facial skin tends to dark brown while the skin of my hands and body is white. I often compare my hands with average friends and the results are my hands are whiter but my face is darker than my friends. I have done various treatments that make my skin clean but still cannot be white, only bright. I feel like there is a factor from the inside because my skin tends to be oily and sweat very easily as well as large pores. I once took a clean capsule of blood and the results were good. The skin is rather smooth even though it can’t really be white. What should I do to make my face white? Are there certain medications or methods? What’s the solution? thank you
Good evening, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. Having a facial skin color that is darker than the skin color of the hand, is actually a natural thing and in fact most people experience it. The explanation is quite simple, the face is an area that is more often exposed to sunlight, dust, pollution, and has more glands such as oil glands that make dirt easier to stick to so that the face is more easily dulled. As with the hands, we can prevent the hands from being exposed to sunlight by wearing long-sleeved clothing or hiding behind the body when walking.
Therefore, the form of treatment will be more or less the same as people in general. All you need to consider is your skin type. There are people who have dry, oily, sensitive and mixed skin types. Each of these skin types requires special care. For further information, you can learn more by clicking the following link to our article about Skin Types and Treatments.
In addition, it will also be easier for you if you just consult your condition directly to the dermatologist or the beauty clinic, so that if there are certain skin problems, all of them can be detected and determined, which skin care method is most appropriate for you. Meanwhile, avoid as much sun exposure as possible, wear a hat or sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30, increase consumption of fruits and vegetables, consume vitamin E supplements, increase consumption of water, adequate rest, and avoid cigarette smoke, dust, pollution and alcohol . So, hopefully answering your question.
